حدد الحساب الرسمي لوكالة وزارة الداخلية للأحوال المدنية 5 خطوات لتجديد بطاقة الهوية الوطنية إلكترونياً عبر منصة أبشر.

ولفتت الأحوال المدنية، عبر صفحتها بمنصة إكس، إلى أنه يمكن تجديد بطاقة الهوية الوطنية إلكترونياً عبر منصة أبشر بإتباع الخطوات التالية:

1- الدخول إلى منصة أبشر، ثم الضغط على خيار "خدماتي"

2- اختيار "خدمات"

3- الضغط على أيقونة "الأحوال المدنية"

4- اختيار "خدمات الهوية الوطنية"

5- اختيار "تجديد الهوية الوطنية"

وكانت وكالة وزارة الداخلية للأحوال المدنية نبهت إلى الفترة المتاح خلالها تجديد الهوية الوطنية قبل انتهائها.

وأضافت الوكالة، عبر حسابها «العناية بالعملاء» بمنصة (إكس)، أن المستفيد بإمكانه تجديد الهوية الوطنية قبل انتهائها خلال 180 يومًا.
