yatırımcıların temkinli davranmasına neden oluyor. ABD basınında yer alan haberlerde, ABD Başkan Yardımcısı JD Vance'in İran ile müzakereler için İslamabad'a yapacağı diplomatik ziyaretin geçici olarak askıya alındığı iddia edildi. İran basınında ise Tahran yönetiminin müzakereler için Pakistan'a bir heyet göndermeyeceğini ABD'ye ilettiği aktarıldı. ABD Başkanı Donald Trump, Pakistan'ın da talebi üzerine İran'ın anlaşmaya yönelik önerisini sunana kadar ateşkesi uzatma kararı aldığını duyurdu. İran ise ABD ile varılan ateşkesin uzatılması yönünde talebinin olmadığı bildirdi. Taraflardan gelen açıklamaların savaşa yönelik belirsizlikleri gidermemesi, yatırımcıların karar almasını zorlaştırıyor. Bu durum piyasalarda risk iştahını baskılıyor. Trump'ın ABD Merkez Bankası (Fed) başkanlığına aday gösterdiği Kevin Warsh'un Senato'nun Bankacılık, Konut ve Kentsel İşler Komitesinde yaptığı açıklamalar da yatırımcıların odağında yer aldı. Para politikasının yürütülme biçiminde bir "rejim değişikliği" gerektiğine dikkati çeken Warsh, farklı ve yeni bir "enflasyon çerçevesine" ihtiyaç olduğunu ifade etti. Faiz politikasına ilişkin herhangi bir taahhütte bulunup bulunmadığı sorgulanan Warsh, Trump'ın kendisiyle yaptığı hiçbir görüşmede herhangi bir faiz oranı taahhüdü istemediğini aktardı. Makroekonomik veri tarafında ise ABD'de perakende satışlar martta aylık bazda yüzde 1,7 ile beklentilerin üzerinde artış kaydetti. ABD'de açıklanan perakende satışlar verisinin beklentilerin üzerinde gelmesiyle enflasyonist baskıların artacağı bunun da Fed'in parasal gevşeme adımlarını öteleyeceğine dair öngörüleri öne çıkarmasıyla dün 4 baz puan artarak yüzde 4,29'a çıkan ABD'nin 10 yıllık tahvil faizi, bugün yüzde 4,28 seviyesinde dengelendi. Dolar endeksi ise yüzde 0,1 artışla 98,4 seviyesinde bulunuyor. Trump'ın ateşkes açıklamalarının ardından Brent petrolün varil fiyatı yüzde 1,1 azalışla 93,8 dolara gerilerken, altının onsu yüzde 0,7 artışla 4 bin 754 dolardan işlem görüyor. Söz konusu gelişmeler ABD'de de piyasaların yönü üzerinde de etkili oluyor. Orta Doğu'daki gerilime ilişkin endişeler, kurumsal taraftan gelen haberlerin desteklediği yapay zeka kaynaklı iyimserlik ve güçlü bilançoların yarattığı pozitif havayı gölgede bıraktı. Dün, Dow Jones endeksi yüzde 0,59, S&P 500 endeksi yüzde 0,63 ve Nasdaq endeksi yüzde 0,59 değer kaybetti. Amazon'un yapay zeka şirketi Anthropic'e 25 milyar dolara kadar yatırım yapacağını açıklaması sonrası yükselen hissesi, kapanışa doğru ivme kaybetse de günü pozitif tamamladı. Sağlık sigortası şirketi UnitedHealth Group'un ilk çeyrek finansal sonuçlarının beklentileri aşması sonrası hisseleri yüzde 6,9 değer kazandı. ABD'de endeks vadeli kontratlar, Trump'ın ateşkesi uzatma kararı aldığını duyurmasıyla güne yükselişle başladı. Avrupa borsalarında da Orta Doğu'da tekrar tırmanan jeopolitik gerilimlerin etkisiyle dün satış ağırlıklı bir seyir izlendi. Dün açıklanan verilere göre, İngiltere'de işsizlik oranı Aralık 2025-Şubat 2026 aylarını kapsayan üç aylık dönemde yüzde 5,2'den yüzde 4,9'a gerilerken, beklentilerin altında gerçekleşti. Ülkede, ücret artışı ve istihdamla ilgili göstergelerin çoğu, yüzde 2’lik enflasyon hedefi ile uyumlu konumda bulunuyor. İngiltere Merkez Bankası (BoE) için önemli olan soru ise enerji maliyetlerindeki artıştan kaynaklanan yüksek enflasyona ücretlerin nasıl tepki vereceği olarak öne çıkıyor. BoE'nin bu ay politika faizini sabit tutması bekleniyor. İleride izlenecek yolun ise enerji fiyatlarındaki gelişmelere ve buna yönelik tepkilere bağlı olması bekleniyor. Bankanın ancak petrol ve doğalgaz kıtlığı enerji enflasyonunda büyük bir artışa yol açarsa faiz oranlarını artırması öngörülüyor. Diğer taraftan Almanya'da ise ZEW ekonomik güven endeksi Orta Doğu'daki savaş nedeniyle yeni yatırımların azalacağı endişesiyle nisanda önceki aya göre 16,7 puan düşüşle eksi 17,2 puana indi. Bu arada, Avrupa Merkez Bankası (ECB) Başkanı Christine Lagarde'ın bugünkü açıklamaları da piyasaların odağında yer alacak. Bu gelişmelerle, İngiltere'de FTSE 100 endeksi yüzde 1,05, Almanya'da DAX 40 endeksi yüzde 0,6, Fransa'da CAC 40 endeksi yüzde 1,14 ve İtalya'da FTSE MIB 30 endeksi yüzde 0,63 değer kaybetti. Avrupa'da endeks vadeli kontratlar güne düşüşle başladı.Asya borsaları karışık seyrediyor Asya borsaları, Orta Doğu kaynaklı jeopolitik risklerin ne kadar süreceğine dair belirsizliklerin etkisiyle yön bulmakta zorlanıyor. Bölgedeki teknoloji hisselerinde bugün geri çekilmeler görüldü. Japonya'da mart ayına ilişkin ihracat yüzde 11,7, ithalat da yüzde 10,9 artarak beklentilerin üzerinde gerçekleşti. Ülkede, şubat ayında ihracat yüzde 4,2, ithalat yüzde 10,2 artmıştı. Japonya'nın ihracatındaki toparlanmada Çin'in talebi etkili olurken, Orta Doğu'daki gerginliklerin ülkenin dış ticareti üzerinde henüz belirgin bir etkisinin olmadığı görüldü. Trump'ın ateşkes açıklaması sonrasında Japonya'da enerji arzına yönelik sıkıntıların hafifleyebileceğine yönelik umutların artmasıyla Nikkei 225 endeksi 59.708,21 puanla rekor seviyeyi gördü. Söz konusu gelişmelerle kapanışa yakın Japonya'da Nikkei 225 endeksi yüzde 0,2, Çin'de Şanghay bileşik endeksi yüzde 0,2 değer kazanırken, Güney Kore'de Kospi endeksi yüzde 0,1 Hong Kong'da Hang Seng endeksi yüzde 1,3 değer kaybetti. Dün satış ağırlıklı bir seyir izleyen Borsa İstanbul'da BIST 100 endeksi, günü yüzde 0,76 değer kaybederek 14.375,40 puandan tamamladı. Borsa İstanbul Vadeli İşlem ve Opsiyon Piyasası'nda (VİOP) BIST 30 endeksine dayalı nisan vadeli kontrat ise dün akşam seansında normal seans kapanışına göre yüzde 0,82 azalarak 16.453,00 puandan işlem gördü. Dolar/TL, dün günü yatay seyirle 44,8793'ten tamamlarken, bugün bankalararası piyasanın açılışında önceki kapanışın yüzde 0,1 üzerinde 44,9201'den işlem görüyor. Küresel kaynaklı jeopolitik gelişmeler, borsa fiyatlamaları üzerinde belirleyici olmaya devam ediyor. Şirketlerin açıkladığı bilançolar da yakından takip edilirken, açıklanacak bilançolar göre sektör ve hisse bazlı ayrışmaların öne çıkacağı öngörülüyor. Analistler, bugün yurt içinde TCMB'nin faiz kararı ve finansal hizmetler güven endeksi, yurt dışında ise Avro Bölgesi'nde tüketici güven endeksi ve ECB Başkanı Lagarde'ın konuşması başta olmak üzere yoğun veri gündeminin takip edileceğini belirterek, teknik açıdan BIST 100 endeksinde 14.300 ve 14.200 puanın destek, 14.500 ve 14.600 puanın ise direnç konumunda olduğunu kaydetti. TCMB’nin karar metni ve yapacağı yönlendirmeler, piyasa fiyatlamaları açısından kritik öneme sahip bulunuyor. AA Finans’ın beklenti anketine katılan 37 ekonomist, nisan ayında TCMB'nin politika faizini yüzde 37 seviyesinde sabit tutmasını bekliyor.
