توصلت وكالة "سبوتنيك"، بعد مراجعة سجلات المحاكم الأوكرانية، إلى أن عدد القضايا الجنائية المرفوعة ضد أفراد قوات نظام كييف بـ"تهمة الفرار من الخدمة العسكرية والتغيب عنها دون إذن"، في الأشهر الأولى من عام 2026، قد تضاعف تقريبًا مقارنة بالفترة ذاتها من العام الماضي.
