şebekesine yönelik operasyonunda 11 şüpheli tutuklandı.Emrullah Cesur21 Nisan 2026•Güncelleme: 21 Nisan 2026AnkaraGüvenlik kaynaklarından edinilen bilgiye göre, MİT koordinesinde, Siber Güvenlik Başkanlığı, Jandarma Genel Komutanlığı ve Mali Suçları Araştırma Kurulu Başkanlığının ortak çalışmaları sonucu, Ankara merkezli 9 ilde gerçekleştirilen siber suç operasyonlarında gözaltına alınan 12 şüpheliden 11'i tutuklandı, 1 şüpheli ise adli kontrol şartıyla serbest bırakıldı. Tutuklananlar arasında şebekenin teknik altyapısını kuran ve yöneten kilit isim de yer aldı. Soruşturma kapsamında yürütülen teknik incelemelerde, örgütün yurt içi ve yurt dışı bağlantılı sunucular üzerinden faaliyet yürüttüğü dijital altyapı büyük ölçüde deşifre edildi. Bu kapsamda, vatandaşların kişisel verilerinin hukuka aykırı şekilde sorgulanabildiği yaklaşık 40 farklı sistem erişime kapatıldı. Ele geçirilen sunucu ve veri depolama sistemleri üzerinde yapılan adli bilişim incelemelerinde çok sayıda veri ve kullanıcı kaydına ulaşıldı. Sistemlerin kaynak kodlarının, kullanıcı veri tabanlarının ve sisteme erişim sağlayan tüm kullanıcıların "log" kayıtları ele geçirildi. Bu materyaller üzerinde ileri teknik analiz çalışmaları sürdürülüyor. Sistem kullanıcılarının kimliklerinin tek tek deşifre edilmesine yönelik çalışmalar devam ederken, bu kişilere yönelik operasyonlar planlandı. Operasyon kapsamında Mardin'de yakalanan ve örgütün elebaşı olduğu tespit edilen A.B'nin, kurduğu sistemi "bayilik modeli" ile üçüncü şahıslara pazarladığı ve kişisel verilerin sorgulanabildiği sistemleri terör örgütleri de dahil olmak üzere isteyen kişilere ücret karşılığında sattığı belirlendi. A.B'nin bu sistemi aylık ücret karşılığında bayilik modeliyle yaygınlaştırdığı ve 30'dan fazla bayi ağı oluşturduğu tespit edildi. Ele geçirilen sistemlerin "log" kayıtlarının incelenmesi sonucunda, yabancı kişiler ve terör örgütlerinin de bu verileri aktif şekilde kullandığı saptandı. A.B'nin, satış yaptığı kişilere "devlet kurumlarının kendisini asla yakalayamayacağı ve tespit edilemeyeceği" yönünde beyanlarda bulunduğu da soruşturma dosyasına yansıdı. Örgüt elebaşı olduğu belirlenen A.B'nin itirafçı olmasıyla, yasa dışı siber faaliyetlerde kullanılan tüm teknik altyapı ve işleyiş, detaylarıyla ortaya çıkarıldı. Bu kapsamda yeni delillere de ulaşıldı. Ele geçirilen dijital materyaller üzerinde yapılan analizlerde çok sayıda kişisel veri bulundu. Kullanım alanlarına ilişkin incelemeleri süren verilerin, terör örgütleri ve dolandırıcılık şebekeleri başta olmak üzere farklı suç unsurlarıyla paylaşıldığına yönelik bulgular detaylandırıldı. Soruşturma kapsamında yapılan mali analizlerde şüphelilerin toplam para hacminin yaklaşık 177 milyon lira seviyesinde olduğu bilgisine ulaşıldı. Tutuklanan siber suç şebekesi üyelerinin finansal hareketlerde iz bırakmamak amacıyla "soğuk cüzdan" olarak tabir edilen çevrim dışı kripto para cüzdanlarını kullandıkları belirlendi. Finansal hareketliliğin önemli ölçüde kayıt altına alındığı, suç gelirlerine yönelik el koyma ve finansal iz sürme çalışmalarının genişletilerek sürdürüldüğü öğrenildi. Soruşturmanın çok yönlü olarak sürdüğü, elde edilen yeni bulgular doğrultusunda yeni şüphelilere yönelik işlemlerin gündeme gelebileceği belirtildi. Güvenlik kaynakları, MİT koordinasyonunda ilgili tüm kurumlar arasında güçlü bir koordinasyon ve sinerji tesis edildiğini, MİT'in bu tür yapılanmalara göz açtırmayacağını, sistemlere erişim sağlayan, bu yapılarla irtibatlı tüm kullanıcıların tespit edilerek adli süreçlere dahil edileceğini ve operasyonların kararlılıkla devam edeceğini vurguladı.
