افتتحت اليوم الخميس بمعتمدية السند من ولاية قفصة  فعاليات المهرجان الدولي للمغاور الجبلية بالسند في دورته 15 والذي ستتواصل فعالياته إلى غاية يوم 28 مارس من الشهر الجاري، تحت شعار روحانيات البلاد وذلك بحضور والي قفصة سليم فروجة وممثلين عن المندوبية الجهوية للشؤون الثقافية بالجهة.  وتضمن حفل الافتتا
