yazılı açıklamada, başsavcılıkça yapılan olay yeri incelemesinde failin olay yerinde hayatını kaybettiğinin belirlendiği, ardından kolluk kuvvetleri gözetiminde Kahramanmaraş Necip Fazıl Şehir Hastanesi morguna kaldırıldığı belirtildi. "Söz konusu olay akabinde, Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığımızca yapılan olay yeri incelemesi neticesinde failin olay yerinde eks olduğu tespit edilmiş ve failin klasik otopsisi yapılmak üzere kolluk kuvvetleri gözetiminde Kahramanmaraş Necip Fazıl Şehir Hastanesi morguna nakledilmiştir. Günün nöbetçi Cumhuriyet savcısının katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen otopsi işlemleri neticesinde defin ruhsatı düzenlenerek otopsi işlemleri tamamlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, şahsın ölmediğine dair yayılan haberler gerçeği yansıtmamakta olup, dosyanın tarafı olan mağdur, müşteki ve vekillerinin dosyada yer alan ölü muayene ve otopsi işlemlerine dair fotoğraf ve görüntüleri inceleme yetkilerinin bulunduğu hususu da sabittir. Ayrıca halk arasında endişe, korku veya panik yaratacak mahiyette yanıltıcı bilgiyi yayan kişilerle alakalı olarak Türk Ceza Kanunu'nun 217/A maddesi uyarınca adli soruşturmalar başlatılmıştır.
