2026KahramanmaraşBaşsavcılıktan yapılan açıklamada, 15 Nisan 2026 tarihinde Onikişubat ilçesindeki Ayser Çalık Ortaokulu'nda gerçekleşen silahlı saldırıyla ilgili yürütülen soruşturmaya yönelik olarak kamuoyu bilgilendirildi. Olayın faili İsa Aras Mersinli'nin dosyaya yansıyan sağlık sorunlarının tespitine yönelik tüm bilgi ve belgelerin sağlık kuruluşlarından temin edildiği aktarılan açıklamada, şunlar kaydedildi: "Bu evrakların yapılan incelenmesi neticesinde, resmi ve özel 2 kurumda görevli iki psikoloğun olay tarihinden önceki tarihlerde İsa Aras Mersinli'nin çocuk psikiyatri polikliniğinde tedaviye ihtiyaç duyduğu yönünde teşhis ve öneride bulunmalarına rağmen anne P.P.M'nin doktor önerilerini dikkate almayarak söz konusu tıbbi desteğe yönelik psikiyatri polikliniklerine müracaatta bulunmadığı tespit edilmişti. Bu şekilde failin ölüm ve yaralama eylemlerini gerçekleştirmesine sebebiyet verdiği değerlendirilen psikolojik rahatsızlıklarının tedavisindeki sorumluluklarında ihmal gösterdiği tespit olunmuştur. Bu doğrultuda Kahramanmaraş Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığımızca, şüpheli P.P.M'nin somut olaydaki ihmali eylemi ve bu ihmal neticesi oluşan neticenin vehameti hususları dikkate alınarak tutuklanması talebiyle Nöbetçi Sulh Ceza Hakimliğine sevki yapılmıştır. Kahramanmaraş Nöbetçi Sulh Ceza Hakimliğince yapılan sorgu neticesi, P.P.M'nin CMK 100 maddesi gereğince tutuklanmasına karar verilerek şüphelinin Ceza İnfaz Kurumlarına teslimi sağlanmıştır. Soruşturma tüm yönleriyle ve titizlikle yürütülmektedir." Ayser Çalık Ortaokulu'na 15 Nisan'da gerçekleştirilen silahlı saldırıda 1'i öğretmen, 8'i öğrenci 9 kişi hayatını kaybetmiş, 13 kişi yaralanmıştı. Olaydan sonra anne ve baba gözaltına alınmış, baba tutuklanmış, anne ise serbest bırakılmıştı.
