kampanyası kapsamında evini yenilemek isteyenlere her bir konut için 875 bin lira hibe, 875 bin lira kredi ve 125 bin lira taşınma desteği veriliyor. Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kararnamesi ile 31 Aralık 2026'da sona erecek kampanyayla ilgili vatandaşların lehine önemli bir düzenleme yapıldı. Buna göre 31 Aralık 2026 tarihine kadar "riskli yapı" olarak ilan edilen tüm konut ve iş yerleri kampanyadan faydalanabilecek. Böylece yıkım, ruhsat ve hak sahipliği tespiti gibi zaman alan süreçler nedeniyle oluşabilecek hak kayıplarının önüne geçilmesi hedeflendi. Bu düzenlemeyle 2025 ve 2026'da ilan edilecek riskli yapıların tamamı, kampanya kapsamındaki devlet desteğinden yararlanabiliyor. AA muhabirinin Kentsel Dönüşüm Başkanlığı yetkililerinden aldığı bilgiye göre, İstanbul'un 39 ilçesinde başarıyla sürdürülen kampanya kapsamında 83 bin bağımsız bölümün dönüşümü sağlandı, 233 bin bağımsız bölüm için ise süreç devam ediyor. Bazı ilçelerdeki kentsel dönüşüm rakamları dikkati çekerken, 7 bin bağımsız bölümün dönüşümünün tamamlandığı Bahçelievler ilk sırada yer aldı. Bunu sırasıyla 4 bin ile Avcılar, 3 bin ile Zeytinburnu izledi. Küçükçekmece, Güngören ve Kartal'da 2 bin 500'er bağımsız bölümün dönüşümü tamamlanırken, Sultangazi'de 2 bin, Bağcılar'da 1300, Fatih'te 1200 ve Bayrampaşa'da 1100 bağımsız bölümün kentsel dönüşümü sağlandı. Kampanya kapsamında hibe ve kredi desteğinden faydalanmak isteyen hak sahiplerinin belirli aşamaları tamamlaması gerekiyor. Bu doğrultuda, yüklenici ile anlaşma sağlanması, riskli yapı tespitinin yapılması, tahliye ve yıkım işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi, yapı ruhsatının alınması ve kat irtifakının kurulması süreçlerinin ardından mülk sahipleri finansal destekten yararlanabiliyor.
