Filistinli esirlere yönelik işkence ve cinsel saldırıları sistematik hale getirdiğinin ortaya konulmasına ilişkin sorularını yazılı yanıtladı. "İsrail gözetimindeki Filistinli tutuklulara karşı sistematik olarak işkence ve kötü muamele, cinsel ve cinsiyete dayalı şiddet dahil uygulanıyor. Bu, aralarında çocukların da bulunduğu birçok tecavüz vakasını kapsıyor." ifadesini kullanan Al-Kheetan, 7 Ekim 2023'ten bu yana İsrail gözetiminde en az 90 Filistinli tutuklunun öldüğünü doğruladıklarının altını çizdi. İsrail'in Filistinli esirlere işkence ve kötü muamelesine ilişkin Al-Kheetan, "Bu, kabul edilemez bir durum ve Filistinlilere dayatılan, uluslararası hukuku ihlal eden keyfi gözaltı ve adil olmayan yargılamaları içeren kusurlu bir İsrail gözaltı ve adalet sisteminin bir parçasıdır.
