أعلن جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، مساء الخميس، مقتل جندي وإصابة أربعة آخرين إثر استهداف دبابة من طراز ميركافا بصاروخ موجّه جنوبي لبنان.

وأوضح الجيش أن الاستهداف وقع خلال العمليات العسكرية في جنوب لبنان، ما أسفر عن سقوط قتيل وعدد من الجرحى في صفوف الجنود.

ويأتي ذلك في أعقاب إعلان حزب الله تنفيذ هجمات استهدفت عدة دبابات ميركافا باستخدام صواريخ موجهة ومسيرات انقضاضية في مناطق توغل القوات الإسرائيلية.

ويُعد هذا الجندي الثاني الذي يُعلن عن مقتله منذ صباح اليوم، بعد إعلان سابق عن مقتل جندي من لواء جولاني خلال الاشتباكات المتواصلة في جنوب لبنان.
