القوات العراقية تتصدى لطائرة مسيرة مجهولة في أجواء كركوك

أعلنت وزارة الدفاع العراقية، اليوم الخميس، إسقاط طائرة مسيرة “مجهولة” في محافظة كركوك، دون تسجيل أي خسائر بشرية أو أضرار مادية.

وذكرت الوزارة، في بيان رسمي تلقته (المدى)، أن رادارات الرصد التابعة للجيش تمكنت من تحديد طائرة مسيرة كانت تحلق على مستوى منخفض ضمن قاطع مسؤولية الفوج الثالث (اللواء 44 - الفرقة المشاة 11) التابع لقيادة عمليات كركوك.

وأضاف البيان أن مفرزة السرية الثانية في الفوج المذكور تمكنت من استهداف الطائرة وإسقاطها في قرية (الفاخرة)، مشيراً إلى أن العملية تمت بنجاح دون وقوع أضرار في المنطقة.

وأشار البيان إلى أن قوة عسكرية معززة بمفرزة من صنف هندسة الميدان انتقلت فوراً إلى موقع سقوط الطائرة، لاتخاذ الإجراءات الفنية اللازمة ورفع الحطام، بهدف معاينته وتحديد هوية الطائرة والجهة التي تقف وراء إطلاقها.
