الفول والطعمية في مصر لم تعد “وجبة الغلابة”!

لا يمكن فهم الأزمة التي لحقت بطعام المصريين، وخاصّة وجبة الفول والطعمية، والارتفاع غير المسبوق في أسعارها، بمعزل عن تتبّع مسار السياسات الاقتصادية في السنوات الأخيرة، وضعف بنية الاقتصاد المحلّي، فضلاً عن هشاشة منظومة الأمن الغذائي وسلسلة القيمة التي تولّت الدولة هندستها وتوجيهها، وكان يعتمد عليها المواطن آمناً، إلى أن أتته الضربات من كل ناحية.
